What is your service area?
We primarily serve the **East Cobb, Marietta, Roswell, and Sandy Springs** area. We cover a roughly 20-mile radius from the center of East Cobb. Please enter your full address in our booking form to confirm coverage.
Where do you perform the repairs?
We come to your location—be it your home driveway, apartment parking lot, or office parking space. We only require a flat, safe surface and enough room to work around your vehicle.
What services do you NOT perform?
To comply with local zoning and noise ordinances, we do not perform heavy engine/transmission swaps, extensive body work, or repairs requiring a vehicle lift in residential areas. We handle about 90% of common maintenance and repair needs.
Do you offer roadside assistance?
We operate by appointment to ensure quality service for every client. While we can often schedule you quickly, we do not offer 24/7 emergency roadside towing.
Pricing & Guarantees
Is the quote I receive guaranteed?
**Yes.** The quote you receive for the requested service is guaranteed. If we find additional issues upon inspection, we will provide a digital report with photos and a separate quote for your approval before proceeding. No surprises.
What is your warranty policy?
We stand behind our work with a **24-month / 24,000-mile nationwide warranty** on parts and labor. We use high-quality OEM or equivalent parts to ensure longevity.
How do I pay?
Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept all major credit/debit cards and secure digital payments. We do not accept cash or personal checks for safety and record-keeping purposes.
